Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) is the regulatory body for the communications sector in Lesotho. Following the adoption of the Lesotho Telecommunications Policy of 1999, the Authority was established by an Act of Parliament in 2000. Presently, the Authority operates under the Communications Act of 2012 for the regulation of Information and Communications Technologies (ICTS), Broadcasting and Postal Services. Job Summary
The jobholder will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the technological landscape of the Authority, providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in the areas of spectrum and numbering resources management, ICT Services and national critical infrastructure. The CTO will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring that the regulator keeps pace within the industry advancements, leveraging technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of regulatory processes to meet the strategic objectives of the Authority.
