Standard Lesotho Bank is “constantly honing our solutions and incentives framework geared towards making life easy for our customers and contributing to our economy”, the bank’s Head of Personal Banking, Teboho Sello during the launch of the Lending Campaign 2024 on Tuesday.
Sello was speaking during the launch of the 2024 edition of the bank’s Lending Campaign in Maseru.
He said Standard Lesotho Bank remained committed to always serving its clients better creating value to help them achieve their dreams.

As a market leader, it was continuously a challenge for Standard Lesotho Bank to always map the way forward by bringing fresh solutions that add value and change the lives of clients, he said.

He said client experience was the heart of Standard Lesotho Bank’s “vision and we put our customers at the center of everything we do”.
“We believe our lending solutions address the challenges of today’s customer by making it even easier for them to achieve their dreams for a better life.
“We are thrilled that the 2023 successful lending campaign has left a lasting impact on individuals and businesses, fostering financial empowerment and community development. The Lending Campaign, which spanned from May to August 2023, disbursed a staggering M5.6 million in cashback incentive to hundreds of clients after they took up lending solutions during the campaign period, providing a much-needed boost to their financial aspirations.”
He said the resounding success of the 2023 edition of the campaign and its positive impact in the community was an important catalyst for the just launched edition.

“If a customer has not received a digital loan offer, we are still happy to assist them through our branch network or they can call our Customer Contact Centre for free on 80022221. Even better, between now up to the end of May, our customers can sms the word “loan” to 31818 and we will call them back to facilitate their applications.”
The bank also offered impressive Life Cover and Funeral Cover, Insurance Cash Back where it currently giving back M11 million in insurance cash back to thousands of Basotho who took unsecured loans.
