BOKSBURG, South Africa — The Southern African Development Community (SADC) Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) has released its preliminary findings following the South African National and Provincial Elections held on May 29, 2024. The SEOM convened at the Birchwood Hotel in Boksburg, Johannesburg, to present its assessment of the electoral process.
