HARARE, Zimbabwe – South African Airways (SAA) has reaffirmed its commitment to Zimbabwe’s aviation and tourism sectors through a series of high-level engagements with travel agencies and ticketing specialists in Harare this week.

These strategic meetings highlight the airline’s dedication to enhancing partnerships, improving customer experience, and driving sustainable growth, solidifying its position as a leading carrier in the region.

“Zimbabwe is a key market for SAA, and our engagements with travel industry partners are essential in strengthening our position and delivering world-class service,” said Menon Ramasawmy, SAA’s manager for Southern Africa, the Middle East & Indian Ocean Islands.

“We are committed to ensuring that our travel agency partners have the tools, support, and incentives necessary to grow their businesses while collectively elevating the travel experience for our customers.”
